چکیده
We investigated the effects of Fe substitution on ferromagnetic fluctuations in superconducting overdoped and non-superconducting heavily regimes Bi-2201 cuprates by magnetization electrical resistivity measurements. It was found that spin-glass state induced at low temperatures substitution. The Curie constant effective Bohr magneton, estimated from magnetic susceptibility, as well dimensionality resistivity, suggest enhancement caused A spin-cluster model is proposed for regime Bi-2201, whereas an antiferromagnetic has been [Hiraka et al., Phys. Direct search for a ferromagnetic phase in a heavily overdoped nonsuperconducting copper oxide.
The doping of charge carriers into the CuO(2) planes of copper oxide Mott insulators causes a gradual destruction of antiferromagnetism and the emergence of high-temperature superconductivity. Optimal superconductivity is achieved at a doping concentration p beyond which further increases in doping cause a weakening and eventual disappearance of superconductivity. A potential explanation for th...
متن کاملMagnetic Impurity States and Ferromagnetic Interaction in Diluted Magnetic Semiconductors
The electronic structure of diluted magnetic semiconductors is studied, especially focusing on the hole character. The Haldane-Anderson model is extend to a magnetic impurity, and is analyzed in the Hartree-Fock approximation. Due to the strong hybridization of an impurity d-states with host p-states, it is shown that holes are created in the valence band, at the same time the localized magneti...

متن کاملSearch for ferromagnetic order in overdoped copper-oxide superconductors
In copper-oxides that show high-temperature superconductivity (HTS), the critical temperature (Tc) has a dome-shaped doping dependence. The cause of demise of both Tc and superfluid density ns on the overdoped side is a major puzzle. A recent study of transport and diamagnetism in a large number of overdoped La2-xSrxCuO4 (LSCO) films shows that this cannot be accounted for by disorder within th...
متن کاملFrom underdoped to overdoped cuprates: two quantum phase transitions.
Several experimental and theoretical studies indicate the existence of a critical point separating the underdoped and overdoped regions of the high-T(c) cuprates' phase diagram. There are at least two distinct proposals on the critical concentration and its physical origin. The first one is associated with the pseudogap formation for p < p, with p≈0.2. The other relies on the Hall effect measur...
